He is instrumental in shaping the company's vision and plays a hands-on role in all accounting and finance operations. His leadership extends across the company’s accounting departments, ensuring effective financial management and strategic growth. Mangilal Borana's deep industry knowledge and expertise have been pivotal in driving the company's success and expansion, significantly influencing its development and sustained growth in the competitive textile market.

Mr. Rajkumar Borana, our Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, has three decades of experience in the textile and paper industries. He manages our entire commercial portfolio, encompassing finance and strategic operations, which are crucial to our company's expansion. Rajkumar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in driving our growth. Additionally, Rajkumar Borana serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of R&B Denims Limited, further showcasing his prominent role in the industry. His comprehensive skills and strategic vision continue to greatly benefit our organisation.

Mr. Ankur Borana, our Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, brings two decades of experience in the textile industry. He oversees the entire production portfolio, including sales, strategic procurement, and human resources. Ankur holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He has played a key role in advancing our machinery technology, and his contributions are vital to our company's growth and technological advancements. In addition to his role at Borana Weaves, Mr. Ankur Borana is a full-time director of R&B Denims Limited, underscoring his significant expertise and influence within the industry.

 

Mr. Kanav Arora, aged 42, is an engineer with over 15 years of experience in the textile industry. He is well-versed in technical and operational activities in the textile sector. Currently associated with Nakshatra Creations Pvt Ltd and Credence Ecofibre Pvt Ltd, he will leverage his expertise in machinery implementation and procurement to enhance efficiency in the proposed project.

 

Mr. Arvind Narayan, aged 39, is a Chartered Accountant and serves as a designated full-time partner at Rathi Agarwal and Associates LLP. He specialises in accounting and auditing within the textile sector. His comprehensive understanding of financial practices will support the company in maintaining robust financial oversight and compliance for the proposed project.

 

Ms. Nitika Abhishek Soni, aged 36, is a Chartered Accountant and full-time partner at Sanjay Maheshwari and Associates. She possesses significant expertise in financial activities specific to the textile industry. Her financial acumen will be vital for developing strategies that ensure the successful financial management and profitability of the proposed project.
